Before building governance frameworks for enterprise AI platforms, Sydra was building installations for national museums. A BDes from Indus Valley School of Art & Architecture gave her trained design thinking, spatial reasoning, and the ability to communicate complexity visually — a foundation that separates her from every other program leader.
You enter into a lifeless room. You look around; you feel the dust, take in the scent and wonder about the stories and memories locked within the objects. A 20’ × 16’ installation exploring memory, domestic space, and the narratives embedded in abandoned objects. Accompanied by a series of hand-crafted miniature sculptures (4” to 3’) including furniture, architectural models, a telephone, and a complete theatre — all built by hand.
Selected for group exhibition at Koel Gallery, one of Pakistan's most prestigious contemporary art galleries. A 10’ × 16’ lantern installation with suspended light and shadow — examining states of consciousness and partial awareness.
Installation displayed at the National Museum of Pakistan, Karachi on a permanent basis. Proudly, the only Pakistani artist to achieve this. An attempt to promote installations as an art form in Pakistan. Located in the Freedom Fighter Hall and Quranic Hall.

I am a Program Management Officer with over 10 years of experience delivering enterprise AI platforms, governance frameworks, and digital transformation across some of the world's most recognised brands — from luxury automotive to global fashion. I don't just manage delivery. I build the operating models, accountability structures, and program architectures that make complex delivery possible at scale.
At Tapestry (Coach & Kate Spade), I serve as governance architect for the CDAO's most critical AI programs. I authored the MIRA Platform Charter, designed the complete RACI and decision authority matrix, and built the pod operating model that governs 80+ projects annually. MIRA — fashion's first proprietary enterprise AI platform — was granted a U.S. patent in 2025.
Prior to Tapestry, I led enterprise technology transformation at Ricoh USA and managed digital transformation programs at Mercedes-Benz USA — one of the world's most demanding luxury brands — delivering across global stakeholder environments with exacting standards of quality and execution.
Before the US, I spent a decade in fashion retail and creative leadership in Pakistan. I redesigned Bonanza as a brand from the ground up — logo, identity system, and a complete store interior architecture now used across every Bonanza store in Pakistan. My conceptual installation art is held in permanent collection at the National Museum of Pakistan. I am the only Pakistani artist to have achieved this.
